The InkCase sports an e-ink screen that can display documents and images, in grayscale, without using battery power. E-ink only uses power when the pixels change, so the battery life can be quite long. When you do need to charge the InkCase, it has a magnetically connected charger similar to an iPad Pro or a Pebble Watch.
